What if my product is damaged?

We take great care to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you notice any damage to the packaging upon delivery—even minor box damage—please note it on the delivery receipt when signing. If you suspect damage but are unable to inspect the item immediately, write "suspect damage" on the receipt as a precaution.

Should your product arrive damaged, please take photos of the item and its packaging and send them to support@peakvitalpro.com. We’ll prioritize processing a replacement or refund, typically within one business day.
