Refunds & Returns Policy
At Peak Vital Pro, we want you to shop with confidence, so we’ve made our return and refund process simple and straightforward.
1. Return Time Frame
You can return your item(s) within 30 days of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns after this period.
2. Shipping Costs
- Defective or Incorrect Items: If the product you received is damaged or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
- Change of Mind: If you’re returning an item simply because you’ve changed your mind, you’ll need to cover the shipping cost.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, please notify us within 30 days. We’ll guide you through the return process and cover shipping fees. Once we inspect the returned product, we’ll issue a replacement or full refund, including your original shipping cost.
4. Change of Mind Returns
Changed your mind? You can return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days. Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund for the purchase price, excluding any original shipping costs.
5. Refund Process
After we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll send you an email confirmation. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7 business days. Note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to reflect the refund. If you don’t see your refund after 10 business days, please contact us at support@peakvitalpro.com.
Restocking Fees
In some cases, a restocking fee may apply, depending on the situation.
